Public awareness of the dangerous and potentially long-lasting damage of concussions–especially in sports–continues to spread. Just this past week, Major League Baseball issued new rules on collisions at home plate between base runners and catchers, as a way of protecting players from head injuries. In this video, David Frim, chief of the Section of Neurosurgery at the University of Chicago Medicine, talks about what you should do if you or your child have suffered a concussion.
