  • Cynthia LaFond, RN, PhD, CCRN, was awarded the 2014 Dean’s Research Award from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s College of Nursing.
  • Cherisse Guinid, RN, BSN, won the Daisy Award in May for being a kind spirit who’s compassionate and a good listener.
  • Sonja Sutton, RN, BSN, won the Daisy Award in June for reassuring new parents through an extended NICU stay.
