“Your feedback is needed”. That simple statement sums up the importance of your opinions that our leaders are hoping to hear from employees through the 2015 Employee Engagement Survey, which runs from August 17th through September 7th.
Survey results help us understand what we’re doing well, and what we can improve in our work environment. Employee survey results also indicate how we’re performing against a national benchmark, which will help us strive for even greater improvements. Your participation gives us critical insights to our progress so far, and to the change we still need to create.
